    The purpose of this guide is to provide clarification of compliance on reporting and recordkeeping requirements for contracts administered by the City of Grand Rapids of Community Development Department. The accomplishment of indicators that support outcomes of the City of Grand Rapids Neighborhood Investment Plan are required to be reported in quarterly performance reports. This document provides general instructions for the reporting of indicators that measure the progress toward three specific outcomes: 1) Reduce crime and increase public safety, 2) Improve housing conditions, and 3) Increase neighborhood-based leadership and involvement.
