    Project Summary
The project installed a new water main and reconstructed the street to be a consistent width. Sidewalks and ramps were upgraded to be compliant with the Americans with Disabilities Act, and bulb-outs were created at the Oakland and Franklin intersection to lessen the street crossing distance for pedestrians. Lastly, Street trees were planted to retain and soak stormwater into the ground to filter pollutants and reduce runoff entering natural bodies of water.
