Services Provided to Customers by the Security Team
The Parking Services Security team provides a Jitney Shuttle Service to our customers in parking lots including:
Ramp and lot customers are able to utilize this service if they work past 6:00 pm or after the DASH bus service ends.

To utilize this FREE service, call (616) 456-3751 approximately 15 minutes in advance of your desired pick up. Please provide information to our staff including your desired pick up time and pick up location.
A Protective Services Officer (PSO) will pick you up at the time and location you specify, transport you to your vehicle and wait until you are on your way. Your PSO will be driving either a red security vehicle or Chevrolet Uplander with secuity markings.
If you experience any issues with your vehicle when you return to it, let our Security team know. The Security personnel will assist you, FREE of charge, with jump starting a battery, getting keys out of a locked car, changing a flat tire or assisting with most other problems you, or your car, may experience while you're Downtown Grand Rapids.
When and where are Security services provided?
Security services are provided 24 hours per day, 7 days per week in many of the parking ramp and lot facilities. On the map below, the areas shaded in pink and red are where the Grand Rapids Parking Services Security team provide service to customers.
