Monthly Parking Cards – The Basics

Monthly parking rates and availability vary by location. Rates and availability can be found by clicking here.

Your monthly parking card allows access to your facility Monday through Friday from 7:00 am until 6:00 pm.  Cards are still active outside these hours and you can park in your lot if space is available.

The monthly parking cards operate on an in and out cycle.  This means that each and every time you enter or exit the lot, you are required to scan your monthly parking card, even if the gate raises.  If you are not able to scan your card, contact 311 or our office (616) 456-3290 or (616) 456-3751 to discuss card use and possibly have your card reset.

Billing for monthly parking will be take place around the 20th of each month for the next month’s parking. Payments are expected to be received from customers on the first day of the month. All parking cards have a card deposit of $10.00.

Customers not paying for their monthly parking cards will be locked out of their parking facility and their space will be resold.  Parking charges continue to accrue until the parking card is returned to our office, or our office is notified you have stopped parking and will not turn the card in, or the account is closed for non-payment. Accounts closed for non-payment will be turned over to the Treasurer's Office for collection. Accounts closed for non-payment will not be reopened until balances are paid.
