* Carts have wheels and a fixed lid * Carts are billed on a quarterly basis. There will be the option of paying for an entire year of service up front. No tags to buy. * No cart to buy. It is provided when a resident signs up and makes their first quarterly payment. * Our service is less expensive than our competitors. * EASIER: They roll to the curb. No dragging cans or bags. * CLEANER: No loose lids or debris. Neighborhoods will look better. * THRIFTIER: No cans for you to buy and GRCarts are less expensive for the City to operate. Many communities across the Michigan (including Ann Arbor, East Lansing, and Detroit) have found the automated truck and cart combination has improved trash service, significantly reduced employee injuries, and saved money.
