The City of Grand Rapids Office of Film, Music and Special Events is located on the first floor of the Grand Rapids Police Building at 1 Monroe Center NW. Questions related to Filming or Special Events at any City parks, festivals, parades, etc. should be refered to this office at 616-456-FEST (3378).
