Candidates of tested positions who successfully pass all the written and/or performance tests will be placed on an eligible list for a specified position. Names on an eligible list shall be maintained as delineated in the Civil Service Board Rules and collective bargaining agreements, but placement on such a list does not guarantee employment with the City of Grand Rapids.
