At our office - City Hall is located at 300 Monroe Ave. NW and the Treasurer's office is on the 2nd floor.
Mail - please include copy of ticket & include ticket number or plate number on your check - DO NOT SEND CASH.
Drop Box - There is a drop box (light blue with City logo) conveniently located on Ottawa Ave. across from City Hall.
Credit or Debit Card - Click here to download a form, or contact our office at (616) 456-3020 and we will fax a form which will allow you to pay by Visa, MasterCard or Discover.
Internet - go to www.officialpayments.com to pay parking tickets online. There is a convenience fee charged by Official Payments Corp.
Internet lower cost option - go to https://www.remit-online.com/616001. The current fee is $3.00 per transaction, with a transaction consisting of three or fewer ticket payments.
