Grand Rapids Parks & Recreation believes that everyone should have the opportunity to enjoy a recreational experience. A scholarship program is available to City residents who qualify. Depending on the size of your family and income, you may qualify for reduced rates and fee assistance - up to 50% on Grand Rapids Parks & Recreation Department programs.
