Wednesdays - 1:00pm -2:30pm Pickle Ball - Want to try a new game that combines elements of badminton, tennis and ping pong? Pickle ball is played with a racquet, a low net and a wiffle ball on a small court. This is a great game and easy to learn. Join us on Wednesday afternoons in October at the gym at Garfield Park. Pre-registration is not required. Drop in - $2.00

Stretch and Flex
Stretch and flex is a program focused on increasing strength, balance and flexibility. The class begins with chair exercises including stretching, light hand weights and toning. A great class for men and women. Classes are on-going. Simply go to the site of your choice.

Sit and Be Fit
This class is designed for everyone who wants to exercise in a safe and stable chair. We will incorporate flexibility, strength and conditioning while we move to the music. Hand weights of one or two pounds are encouraged. Go in the main lobby and they will direct you to the class.
